If you are aged 18 and above, we offer our rental services to you. You agree that upon renting from us, you meet the legal minimum age requirement.

You agree on renting a dress to:

• Give all the correct information like your name, contact details, and delivery address.
• Personal use of the rented dress and return it in the same state as delivered.
• Follow return procedures to avoid any additional fee.

We will send you a confirmation email with all rental information after you have placed an order. We will get hold of you in case of unavailability issues.

Each rental has a set period that will be confirmed at checkout. Clothing must be returned on time using the return method provided. Late returns can incur fees.

Loss or damage beyond that of normal wear and tear can incur fees. Minor wear from normal use is expected, but significant damage could result in repair or replacement costs.

In case you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund is possible in specific cases, for example, when the wrong item was sent. A refund will be made through bank transfer and after the confirmation of the problem.

We use your personal information in accordance with South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) to ensure safe processing of your details. Your information is used only for rental purposes and will not be disclosed without a cause.

We may update these terms to reflect service improvements or legal changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
