At Rebandul, we know that sometimes things do not go as planned. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for our dress rental service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
If you need to return a dress before the rental period ends, please follow these steps:
- The dress should be returned in the same condition as it was received, free of stains, damage, or alterations.
- Returns should be made using the packaging provided to avoid any issues during transit.
You must inform us at [email protected] before returning an item.
A return may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item received is not what was ordered.
- There is a noticeable issue with the dress that was not mentioned before delivery.
- The dress arrives in an unusable condition due to factors beyond your control.
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress, including photos as proof.
Refund is possible only in case the defect is from our side. Once we are satisfied that the return is appropriate, we will refund the amount through bank transfer within a specified period of time.
Note:
- Refunds will not be given if the dress gets damaged once it comes into your hands.
- Returns which come late and items missing parts of the set, if any, could be charged extra.
We process all the customer data regarding return and refund requests under South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This way, your personal details are processed in a safe and secure manner, and used only for the required processing.
We may modify this policy to improve our service. Any modifications shall be posted on this page with a new effective date.
